GOGO Trolley Terms & Conditions

If you have booked online, ensure you bring a copy of your purchase confirmation email (either printed out or ready to be checked on a mobile device) as proof of booking.
A deposit of £20 for a standard trolley and £40 for a slumber truck is required at the point of hire. This is to cover loss of, or damage to, the trolley you have hired.
Deposit can only be paid by Card, we will not take cash.
If you have booked in advance for overnight hire, your trolley will be ready for collection at 8pm on Friday from GoGo Trolley’s base in the blue car park.
All slumber truck/weekend hire trollies must be returned to point of hire at 9am by Monday - additional time will be charged at £6 per half hour. All short-term hire trollies to be returned by 12.30pm on Monday.
A charge of £6 for the first 30 minutes plus £1 per every 5 minutes after will be deducted from your deposit until the trolley is returned.
Returned payments on you card might take 2-3 working days to be returned to your account.
All risks associated with the use of the trolley will be passed on to you immediately when it leaves GoGo Trolley’s possession and will not pass back to GoGo Trolley until the trolley has been returned to our possession.
The trolley is engineered to carry up to 300kg / 660lb / 47 stone. Do not overload.
If your trolley is lost or stolen, report it immediately to GoGo Trolley at their hire point in the festival orange car park. If the trolley is recovered at the end of the festival after a search of the site, you will receive a full refund of the deposit via bank transfer at the earliest opportunity. If the trolley is not recovered, no deposit refund will be issued.
If you fail to report a lost or stolen trolley and it is not returned by the end of the festival, it will be reported by GoGo Trolley as stolen and the hirer’s details will be given to the police. Your deposit will not be refunded.
The hirer has no right, title of interest in the trolley except that it is hired to the hirer.
GoGo Trolley reserves the right to cancel the booking/hire at any time.
By completing your purchase with GoGo Trolley, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by its contents.

GOGO Trolley Hire Agreement

Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions for Slumber Truck Trolley Hire.

Bring a copy of the booking confirmation email, or proof of ID and the booking reference, to the hire point at the start of the hire, as proof of booking.
A security deposit of £40 for a trolley is to be paid in cash or card, on site, at the start of the hire. The deposit is to cover for loss of the trolley/wagon, trolley parts or wagon parts.
The trolley/wagon will be ready for you to collect at 8pm (as stated on each festival page on this website), on the Friday of the festival.
The trolley/wagon is to be returned to the hire point from where it was collected from, in the same condition as it was at the start of the hire, no later than Monday 9am. If not returned before Monday 9am, a charge of £6 for every half an _hour, after Monday 9am, will be deducted from the deposit, until the trolley/wagon is returned.
Risk in the trolley/wagon will pass to you immediately when the trolley/wagon leaves our possession and will not pass back to us until the trolley/wagon is returned to our possession.
If the trolley/wagon is stolen from you, report it at the hire point from where it was collected from. At the end of the festival we will search the site, if the trolley/wagon is found we will give a full refund of the deposit via bank transfer at the earliest opportunity. If the trolley is not found, no refund of the deposit will be given.
If a trolley/wagon has not been reported stolen by the hirer and is not returned by end of trading on the Monday after each festival, it will be reported as stolen and the hirer’s details will be given to the police.
The hirer has no right, title or interest in the trolley/wagon except that it is hired to the hirer.
Go Go Trolley reserves the right to cancel the booking/hire at any time.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand it, and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions.

References to ‘hirer’, 'you', and 'your' are references to the person(s) accessing the website or making the booking.
References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are references to Deer Shed Festival Ltd
By using this site you agree to be bound by this agreement.
The information, material and content provided within the pages of this website may be changed at any time without notice.
We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you by updating the posting of the Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deer Shed Festival against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (1) a breach of this Agreement, (2) the use of this site and the use of any site content either alone or in combination with any other material.
Pre-booking for each festival will finish the Monday before the festival.
You can cancel your booking, or cancel and re-book to change your booking (depending on availability), up until the Friday before the festival you have booked for, one week prior to hires commencing.
If you would like to add to your booking, simply make another booking and bring all references with you to the hire point at the start of hire.
If you would like to cancel your booking, please email info@deershedfestival.com. You will be notified when the cancellation has been confirmed and a full refund will be made, via PayPal, within 1 week of you receiving confirmation.
